I looked around and wasn't able to find that trivia game in our downloads either.
I had a look at the article, and it doesn't specifically mention that it's available for free download, just that it was made in Storyline. I'm not sure where they found it, but you could maybe reach out to CommLab India directly to find out.
Otherwise, there are bunch of trivia game templates here on ELH that you could check out. Here are some links:
Did you have any luck finding this? I am interested in the file as well and wasn't sure if you ever found it. I am more interested in the programming than the actual look and feel.
I haven't seen that one in ELH before. My guess is the game is one of CommLab's since it's hosted on their servers. Have you tried contacting them about the source file?
Does anyone know how to built this game? maybe like a short demo video or something? this is really great use of triggers and layers!! would like to build something similar.
Hi Akhil and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! 🙂 That does look like a fun game! I just wanted to chime in and share these additional resources with you that might help with building some of the gaming elements:

Hi, this is Greg Davis. You can purchase this game from https://www.commlabindia.com/ $750 US.
@Camille, I too wanted to get my hands on this template, as well, and reconfigure to fit my own needs. :-(
