Can I get the answers chosen by the user in a quiz?
May 09, 2012
My client would like to see the answers the user actually selected in a quiz. The client would like to know if some questions are causing issues with the user.
This would indicate issues with
- an unclear question
- unclear course content
- a confusing distractor
We are using a SCORM 1.2 LMS and I know of way of getting that information through the SCORM API. I have seen this functionality before but I believe they were moving information around SCORM not through it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this information for my client?
I am investigating Articulate Storyline and will download the Studio trial soon.
Thanks for any help.

Forget this. I see that it is part of the SCORM spec.
Now I just need to determine how to get it out of my LMS.

There should be an "interractions" report you can run which will extract the user, question, correct and user selected answer.
