Can not view tutorials/Missing plugin

Hi,

Great site. Thank you.

When I try to view the tutorials, a blank white video window loads with the message, 'Missing Plug-in'.

This only happens on my laptop, and only started after I cleaned the start menu on my computer. I have no problems viewing videos on other sites (news sites, Lynda, etc).

Can someone tell me which plug-in is missing?

Hi Jeffrey, it sounds like you might be missing the Flash player. You can get it here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
