Can't view the storyline file

Hi created my storyline files in storyline 2. I downloaded a free trial version of 360. Now that i have a new laptop, i do not have the 360 version on it. Hence i cannot view the files i have created in 360 on storyline 2. It gives me a message saying that the file was created in a newer version and hence it cant be opened. Please help as i need to edit my files.!!

Hi Kiran,

When you upgraded your files to Storyline 360, Storyline should have automatically saved a Storyline 2 version of those files. Have you tried searching for the file name on your computer to see if there's another version of it that says "backup" in the title? Check out this page for more info.

However, any changes made to that file in Storyline 360 and saved in the new file won't work in Storyline 2, since it's not backwards compatible.
