Canvas and Internet Explorer 11 not responding

Hello World Articulate Community,

I am new/thrown into articulate and e-learning, not sure if this is even the right message board. We are having an issue with some students viewing the scorm package in internet explorer. I have opened it up in internet explorer on one computer and it works, but opened it up on another computer in internet explorer and the file is missing letters or words. Both computers internet explorer says it is an up to date version.  There are six scorm packages all of them work in internet explorer but this one package. Any suggestions or directions would be helpful.
