Our courses go through several levels of legal review and risk assessment before rolling out to our learners. This results in either very lengthy emails, or the ability to leave comments on the slides as we have done in PowerPoint. Is there a similar feature in Articulate?
Also, the fine folks with Articulate are great at listening to community feedback. You should make a feature request for a "notes section" or something similar that might help you with the approval flow and feedback process. I think it would be a great addition to a future release. http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php?form=feature
Captivate had the Reviewer tool (or something named like that) that functioned similar to the Reviewmyelearning.com website. It would be awesome if Articulate developed something like this. Right now we use a shared spreadsheet document on Google Docs for each course. I send the link to each reviewer. This way all the comments and feedbacks are collected in one spot with no lengthy emails or separate notes to combine

There is no built-in function for this in Storyline. You might want to check out https://reviewmyelearning.com/
That looks like an excellent resource! Thanks for posting! Do you use this product?

When doing a major update of a lengthy course, I have published the Storyline course into Word and sent out the word document to have comments added.
It's not ideal but it does work ok.

Another quick way to have what Jerson describes above is to:
1.create a blank HTML page.
2.place the course (on an IFRAME) and also embed a disqus script.
3.publish the page and sl output to your webserver.
Hope this helps,
Alex
I recommend you check out OQAR: http://elearningcontentreviewer.com
It is integrated and works with Studio, Storyline, and Captivate and provides you an online tracking and management of your review process and more.
