Now to get busy working on the slide that follows after this one....? ;)

Change State of TicketAgent1 to Busy

Change State of TicketAgent2 to PretendingToBeOccupied

Change State of TicketAgent3 to Available

Change State of Customer - "FemaleShop..." to Frustrated

If State of TicketAgent1 is Busy, PretendingToBeOccupied, Occupied, or Absent

and

If State of TicketAgent2 is Busy, PretendingToBeOccupied, Occupied, or Absent

and

If State of TicketAgent3 is Busy, PretendingToBeOccupied, Occupied, or Absent

....

...insert Hearthstone-inspired voice-over here...

..."a-HA!"...

:P

I love this one!  If the requestors only understood what it takes to create an interactive e-learning module that is engaging and doesn't kill you with bullet points.  What we get is a 1990s template with bullet points and various sized and random clip art that has nothing to do with the topic matter such as a very big, dreamy eyed squirrel sitting on a cloud with stars around him.  How long did it take Michelangelo to paint the Sistine chapel?  Lol!  Love it!
