Characters have to exit the slide
Dec 02, 2016
Hi,
I need some guiding about my characters. I want to present my characters one by one. Everytime a user clicks a character (who are on a row in my basic slide), information about the character appears (in a layer). I would like the rest of the characters to fade out of the basic slide before the user sees the layer. So the rest of the characters have to fade out when the user chooses one of them, and have to be back when the user returns to the basic page when the user has enough information about the chosen character.
I hope somebody can help me out

Hi,
You can hide a character from the base layer
I think this is what you want - or do you want the characters to slowly 'fade away'?
If you want the characters on the base layer to fade out, add a full slide size box to your new layer and put it at the base (back of other objects or bottom of the timeline). Then apply a fade in animation to the box. The box fading in on your new layer will have the same effect as the base layer fading out.
Thanks! It worked:)
Glad you found a solution that works!
