Hey Robert,
I have downloaded most already....
I found a solution though, and the more I think about it, the harder I was making this on myself! I downloaded a couple fo fonts and am checking them out. They are working perfect so far!
I've just given a presentation to a group of teaching assistants and used a chalkboard backing with Bradley Hand ITC font - it was quite effective. Example below!

Hi Dave,
I have posted a link to a few fonts taht may help based on your use. You can also google chalk fonts to find more.
Perhaps one of these will work for you if you are not using them for commercial use.

One of these may be for commercial use but I would double check first: http://www.fonts101.com/fonts/view/Uncategorized/50431/LD_Chalk.aspx

Hello Graham,
That's another good option.....
Once again, I think I over thought what I was trying to accomplish.
Cheers for that!
