Trying to take a screen cast in Articulate Storyline 2. Whenever I click 'record screen' I get a plain blue screen (screenshot attached) and it records nothing but that.
I'm using dual monitors, but my colleague isn't and she's getting a black screen. We don't use Citrix, but are running the program off a server - could that be what's disrupting it? Thanks for the quick reply Wendy! :)
I am getting the same thing, running the app through Citrix and everytime I get a blue background, it won't focus on the window I want to record - was there a solution to this please?

are you using dual monitors or running the App to be recorded through Citrix?
