From the research I have done on this, it could be this can't be done by normal means.
I want to pull images from an image folder on my PC, not My Pictures as is the default. I have searched the Internet and cannot find an answer to this other than going into Redgedit and I can't do that.
I have looked in the options tab, but I only find the location for saving files.
Microsoft has provided this option in Word, but I don't see it in PowerPoint.
Hi Jeffrey! A couple of alternatives to consider include creating a shortcut in your pictures folder and name it so that it is always at the top (i.e _JeffsPictures) or opening the folder containing the pictures you want to work with in a file explorer window and then you can skip the PPT Insert menu and just drag & drop them directly onto your slides.
