This is a known issue caused by the last chrome release that only impacts your files when you are viewing them locally. I am told Articulate is working on a solution.
There are some suggestions on how to test your files to ensure that your users will see them over in this thread where I posted about experiencing the same issue. The temp share suggestion seems like the best short term option to me until they can get a fix in.

Hi Carles,
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? And then restarting your browser?
This has worked for me previously.
Hi Kim,
Thanks, I tried but unfortunately did not work :(

Hi,
I just realized that this happens with Chrome not only when I am viewing files locally but also when I share the HTML5 exports.
Am I the only one experiencing this?
thanks
Hi Carles,
Do you have the new SL3 version installed? As far as I know this issue was solved with update 3.3.15007.0.
