Client sees old version

I have a highly engaged client who needs to review Storyline story after each round of edits. We do not share a server and she does not have Articulate, so I:

Publish to Articulate 360

Make sure the module is working

Copy the URL

Paste URL into an email to her

For some reason, she sometimes sees an OLD version that has an entirely different file name. This isn't always the case...but often enough to give us both headaches.

How do I help her fix this? Does she need to delete some files or clear a cache or something?
