I'm currently working on making sure a course is ADA compliant, and I am not sure whether closed captioning is required for ADA compliance in the course I'm making.
Currently, we have added text to speech for all the content that is presented on each slide.
Do we need to add Closed captioning if all the text is presented on the slide already?
I'm wondering if it is duplicating work if we already have the exact verbiage that is being said on the slide.
We additionally have a "Notes" section in the player that also displays all the verbiage on the slide.
