Does anyone have a sample of closing credit at the end of the module. We have alot of content experts and reviewers who would like credit for participating with the content.
In my experience there is usually have a credit/contributor slide. I have attached a screen shot and hope this helpful. We keep the final slide having the same layout and look as the rest of the course. Everyone loves Attribution and it's great you all are willing to give credit!
I saw a neat example once where a course designer had included the course credits as an Engage interaction.
The interaction was inserted as a toolbar tab on the course player, and the tab was called "Credits." It was an FAQ Interaction, but it didn't look like an FAQ. Each contributor's name was shown as a separate item (on the clickable bars that would normally be used for the question text). Kind of like the example below. You click on a person's name to see a little more about that person & their qualifications, and their photo.

I love that - what a great idea! (and thanks hehehe)
Hmm, I think we need to start putting credits in the courses we build - these are great! We do a lot of custom work for clients and I still don't feel comfortable about asking them if we can add course designer credits.
Hi Harriet - so true they should receive credit - but you'd be surprised how often I have no SME on these projects and how often I am responsible to creating all the content.
I agree with you Harriet give credit to the Subject Matter Experts/Content contributors. I work with alot of nurses who want credit in order to write an article for a particular eLearning project. Thanks again for all your feedback and ideas.
I work in a large healthcare system as an Education Specialist (jack of all trades). We have created a standard interaction we insert as a Tab and call Course Information. Using the FAQ each bar has a topic. Course description = objectives, Course Created includes my department info and publishing dates, Course Content = SME info contact info etc. Instructional Design is for the 2 of us who do all of the ID to put our contact info, and the last is for references. We reuse them making it a quick edit and rename for each new course. The users like the consistancy for finding the information if they need it.
I loved these ideas. I was just completing a course that involved multiple staff doing voice over, and it was fun to add a credits page acknowledging all of these people. I used Eric's idea, keeping the same layout and look as the rest of the course. Thanks

That's a really nice looking example, Eric!

Thanks, the real credit goes to Jon Crumpacker and Steve Post for that layout - I was lucky enough to get to work with them on the project.
There are some nice examples from the responders! I especially like the use of an Engage interaction for credits.

For client projects, I think it's more appropriate to credit Subject Matter Experts/content contributors than course designers.

I know what you mean - enjoy those intrinsic rewards!

Cool, Maragaret! Love the reusability factor, and also the consistency for the users, as you mentioned. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, Margaret
