Hi ST. Are you looking for differences in text content, structure, image content ...? If you're looking for fundamental differences in on-screen text, you can export both courses to an XLIFF file and then compare them in MS Excel or publish them to a Word doc and compare them that way. The latter of these options (publishing to Word) would also allow you to catch any differences with the graphics used.
I developed a module a while back, and I have two versions (actually multiple, but I am only concerned with the latest two versions). I am unsure of the edits made, if any, to the version last modified.
Given that, I would recommend publishing your project to either Word or Review 360 and then comparing each screen of your courses side by side that way. If you publish to Review 360, you could arrange the browser tabs side by side and note any differences in the comments.

So any differences, not just text, etc.

ok thanks!
Hi. Is there a way to export the variable and triggers, also?
Hi Jill!
There isn't currently a way to export variables and triggers separately without exporting the entire .story file.
