I would like people to be able to complete free text boxes within an e-learning module and, at the end, print it out or save it as a document (preferably, well laid out) containing the questions and their responses.
I have Articulate Studio 13 and the module will be located on a website, rather than in an LMS, so, if this is possible, I also have a question about whether multiple people would be able to type information in at the same time.
If this isn't possible then is it possible with Storyline?

I will have a proper look at this and see if I can figure out a way for it to work in Studio 13. otherwise, i may have to invest in Storyline, which I am resisting for the moment.

You could also buy a widget https://elearningenhanced.com/products/learner-slide-notes-presenter-13 - doesn't address your "well laid out" idea, but an option.
