Wondering if anyone has a template for an agreement that allows content/course sharing between companies? For example, we are hoping to occasionally have courses authored by other organisations made available on our platform for staff. Thought I'd ask whether anyone has something they'd be happy to share before I reinvent the wheel.
Could you look for a white label LMS platform partner who has a library of courses that you can use on a per use/per person basis. The LMS could be rebranded with your company's logo etc. This might provide you a means to gain all of the courses that you need, updated when needed without any hassle from your side. You are paying for a service (LMS, courses, maintenance, etc).
Yes we do have the ability to access courses from our LMS platform partner, which will take care of some of the compliance content like workplace health and safety. However we will also be seeking to partner with other orgs in our field (mental health) who have a different area of expertise and looking for something that would be applicable to this.
