Contract opportunity - UK Based, Manchester

Hi all
I'm looking for a contractor to assist with designing and delivering e-learning packages. It would be for three months.
I'm looking for someone with the following experience:
- Articulate 360 interaction design
- Adobe Illustrator/vector graphics design
- Adobe After Effects/2D animation design
- Instructional design/pedagogical knowledge
We are based in Manchester, UK so I'm looking for someone local or at least UK-based.
The modules likely to be included in the workload cover dementia and radiopharmaceutical administration. SMEs are available, and provide the content, but they do not have e-learning or even learning design experience.
