My LMS provider is asking me to update several courses that my company developed in Articulate '09 to Articulate '13. Any suggestions on how to do this would be much appreciated.
PS - In the old zip files, I can't find any standard PowerPoint presentations.
If you don't see any PPT files in the Zip files, then I'd suspect that the zipped files are the published content. If so, you'll see folders for Data and Content, among other files depending on how the course was published.
What you need is the Articulate Package, which is also stored as a zip file. When the "package" is created, Articulate adds the word "package" to the file name, so look for files like this:
