Cost Idea

Here are some questions first: are you comfortable with doing some minor graphic edits in Photoshop or any similar tool or do you need to get some assistance? In bullet point 3 you say that there are 25 animated pictures of people in clothing and hard hats. Are the people truly animated - moving around such that the logos on the clothing and hat are also moving or are the pictures still shots and straight on (camera center photos)? If the graphics are moving along with the logos, you will need to redo all of those images and movements so the clothing and logos look correct. Movement will change the visual perspective of the logos.Do you have all of the images in your possession or do you need to obtain and/or recreate them? Bullet 1+2 will require about 1 hour of effort. Bullet 3 is your more serious problem. Can you post one example from bullet 3 people or export a few screens from your .story file so that I can see what is occurring on the screen? Then I can give you a better estimate for you to consider.

Thanks for the response David. My bad, the images are not animated, they are only images of people with hard hats and coveralls. I have attached one image and have also edited the original post.

Client will provide me with the pictures. I can do minor edits to these images on my own without needing any assistance.

the attached took 3-5 minutes - you would need to "warp" the logo or text to make it more real looking. So, if you have the ability to do the photoshop manipulation, the entire project is about 4-8 hours. You will need to add your time with the client for reviews and edits.

That helps a lot. Any idea on reasonable hourly rate for projects like these.

If it were a US firm, the entire project including review/revision time might be $500-$1K assuming everything can be done in one day. If the client is more demanding then you would need to increase that amount (best guess). If you need to do the text/logo warping for more realism, then it would take 2 days as a precaution.
