Course not functioning correctly in mobile player after update 6

I apologize for the double posting (also put this in the Product Support forum), but I am getting a bit desperate to solve this issue.

Is anyone else having issues using the Articulate Mobile player on the iPad, after installing the latest Storyline update I am having serious issues playing my course through the mobile player (it is playing fine on my PC). The slide layers, and triggers are not functioning properly which is a problem since I am supposed to roll a course out to our sales force via the player on Monday. Any suggestions on what could be causing this would be very much appreciated.
