I am looking for some useful and reputable resources, for workplace research I am beginning, around the idea of quantifying the quality of an elearning training package (eg. engagements studies, active/passive rates, effectiveness studies etc.). Has anyone does a similar study or researched this area? Any leads or information would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
Hi Aimee. Could you elaborate a little bit on what you're looking for? Are you looking for performance consulting firms that can help you conduct this research or are you looking more for articles, books, etc. that can help you perform your own research?
How do you evaluate your online courses? can they be evaluated using a quantitative method? How do you know there has been knowledge transferred? What works well? poorly?
