Course will not load

For some reason we have a module that will not finish loading on our client's computers.  It gets the Articulate framework loaded but stalls before slides are viewable.  

Are there any known issues with these user specs?

IE 7.0.5730.13

Windows XP service pac 3

Flash Player 10 Active X 10.2.153.1

There are a few things you can check.

  1. check the global security settings via this URL it seems daft but the security settings for flash are set via this URL  http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
  2. Sometime you need to set the root of your presentation (where story.html resides) as a trusted site in your browser security settings
