Our team has created a course in storyline2 and the LMS Admin that we are working with is telling us that the course won't mark as complete. We have tested the course in Scormcloud and on our own LMS and it works fine. We want the course to mark as complete once someone views all of the slides. Is there an issue with integration of this feature with Blackboard in particular?Do we need to slip in some code somewhere. We tried setting Storyline to mark complete prior to publishing, but it still doesn't work.
Though I'm not familiar with Blackboard, I do know that the LMS settings when you publish are incredibly key to it working properly for reporting/closing. When publishing to LMS, your Output Options and Reporting and Tracking are the communication tool with the LMS. I'd think that your admin would be able to help advise you on the Reporting and Tracking portion.
