CPD best practice survey

Hi Heroes,

I'm conducting some research into Continuing Professional Development and I need people who run CPD programs to complete a survey. If you know anyone involved in running a CPD program can you please send this survey on to them?

They will be happy to receive it it, because I will share a results summary with everyone who completes it. There is actually very little best practice info on CPD models and approaches (except in the education sector where there is heaps) so they will want this summary I expect.
