Yes, you can compile a scorm package with more than one SCO. I don't think there's a content aggregator tool in the Articulate suite (could be wrong) but there are other programs that can help you edit or create multi-sco packages. Adobe has a package aggregator that's sort of easy to use, and I've had successes using RELOAD as well.
