I would like to create a few professional looking custom color schemes/themes that are vaguely related to the colors of the organization my e-learning content is for (I don't want to use their exact colors because they are unappealing and dated). Do you have recommendations for tools or processes I can use to create those custom schemes/themes?
There are a number of different ways you can use it to create a custom scheme. You can explore and download from a large number of existing colour schemes, upload an image and then pick the scheme from the colours in the image, or create a scheme from scratch using the colour wheel. When I use the colour wheel, I typically start by entering the hex code for the primary colour I want to use and the adobe tool will make recommendations for the rest of the scheme.
Hope this helps, there are a lot of colour picking tools online if this one does not work for you.

I love this online tool for creating colour schemes. https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/
