I'm creating an eLearning course that highlights the importance Customer Service in healthcare. For the role-playing scenarios I want to introduce 4 patients who all have different attitudes. I'm struggling with coming up with a way to name the characters other than giving them a title like "Mr. or Mrs." or "The." For example, I want to avoid using "The Worrier" or "Mrs. Old-Fashioned."
Any ideas for how else I can refer to these characters?

What about giving them realistic fake names? You can use a site like this to generate names if you're having trouble coming up with them.

Thanks Christy! Such a simple solution and yet I didn't think of it. :)
