Hello! I'm new to this place. I was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction. My manager would like me to assist with designing a training curicculum for our organization. We have recently launched an LMS to our organization and would like to boost its use. We would also like all of the courses to be cohesive.
Does anyone have any ideas on a conference or class that would help us out with this?

When I started I took Instructional Design for New Designers with Langevin and found it was a great foundation. You may want to start there.
