We are thinking of coming up with a game to teach roles and responsibilities in an organization. The target audience is highly intellectual individuals within the age groups of 18-30.
Not sure how universal this might be, but we grew up with a game called "Clue". It was a who-dunnit type mystery game where you collected attributes about characters with the ultimate aim of determining who the murderer was.
Might be an interesting adaptation to collect attributes about the roles and their responsibilities in order to figure out who the right person is to execute a task.
I came up with a combination of gamification + game-based approach based on the Game of thrones theme. I chose this theme as it is trending at the moment and will appeal to the target audience.
This is a map-based approach that navigates the player through all the points ultimately leading to the Iron throne (final destination).
To avoid copyright issues I have changed the names of the places and characters.
Hello Apurva, Sounds interesting, I have to prepare the course for the same topic. Could you please share some insights or template. would be a great help.

Hi Apurva,
it isn't an actual game per say, but I created a gamified example a while ago that I thought may give you some ideas. Hope that helps! :)
This is a very good gamified sample @Allison. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome :)
