I've been aksed to come up with some ideas for a course regarding our individual development plan. This course is aimed at Executives and people with Executive Potential. Basically if the company feels you have Executive potential you'll be asked to create an Individual Development plan with your manager (Who's most likely an executive)
The briefing was, off course, quite limited but basically they want to explain what an IDP is, what the benefits are and what makes a quality IDP conversation resulting in a high quality IDP... oh and it has to be fun too and can not last longer then 10 minutes...
