I am working on a research project to look at the impact of new elearning tools on development ratios. Here are my questions:
1. given all of the new capabilities, how would you define "simple elearning"
2. Assuming the training needs analysis is complete, how many hours would you budget to create simple 1 hour eLearning program (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy)
