Disable Mouse (not sound related)

May 10, 2018

I am creating a practice slide within a web accessibility course and would like to disable the mouse so that the user HAS to tab through the options. I'm very new to Storyline (2 days) and can't figure out how to make this happen. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know if there is a way to disable the mouse, the way you want. However, there may be a work-around for you. You could put a hotspot over the entire slide, with no trigger attached. That way, when the user clicks, they are clicking on the hotspot, and nothing underneath it. The only way for users to access the buttons under the hotspot would be to tab through to them.
