What seems to be happening is that you don't have the font I used in that original template. You can download and install the following fonts: Bison Bold and I Love Glitter. Then the template will look exactly like my example. OR, you can simply edit the fonts/font size by using ones you already have installed. You just need to fix the size of the fonts, and everything will work great :)
ARe those triggers or hyperlinks for each photo? I was trying to create a base layer and then when the person clicks on each photo a text would appear.

You can do this using layer or create a rectangle over the flower and add state to it and add trigger to change state on click. hope it helps...
I didn't know you could create a state in powerpoint. I thought that was only in Storyline.
