One other thing you should know is that Presenter recognizes off-slide elements. This is important to know if you're animating objects in Flash that are outside the stage area - a car that enters the left side of the stage and exists on the right for example.
You'll need to include a masking layer the size as your stage to "hide" anything outside your Flash stage area. Here's an example .fla file with a masking layer over the stage.
