I wish to create content which is better than just plain 2D videos and images but I am not a coder as such.. HELP! I think the use of AR/VR & XR in the field of learning and development as well as marketing is going to be a game changer and I wish to be a part of the future before it actually comes... Any suggestions or tips??
Following this thread, i to would like to hear what can come from this. I think it should be high on priority list to have support for Apples now widely recognized standard for AR files. That would be a fun start.
I also would like to test full HD and 4 K scenes using articulate on multi touch TV,
Matterport is great but it is steep! I was looking for something that's affordable, rapid as well as immersive. Since most of the clients we work for have very specific requirements, investing a fortune in Matterport is something that we may look forward to in the near future, but not at this moment. Any other tips or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
Oh. There are lots of tools which can help you create VR experiences.. They do not require any kind of programming or code writing and can help you create such VR experiences in literally minutes! All you need is 360 images/videos and your VR content is ready..
Hi Yardan.. Could you please elaborate a little? Which tools? Can I have some names so that I could check them out.. Have you developed any content in VR with these tools? How easy is it? And is it affordable in terms of the technology.. Cos I've been seeing lots of expensive VR stuff which basically makes it beyond the reach of learners..
Sure Sarah. I have used a lot of tools but my favorite from the lot is Experizer. It's slick, easy to use, has lots of templates apart from the usual virtual tours etc. My organization uses Experizer to create lots of experiences in VR. I personally have created a few experiences and I really loved it. It’s very fast. And yes, I guess it is affordable given their yearly subs at somewhere around $2.5k with unlimited publishing. They do have a trial too. So maybe you'd want to try it out. Then there's another one called Cenario but it isn't great. It is mainly for real estate and other stuff and is mainly about virtual tours. I'd suggest Experizer but you're free to try others too.

I have used freelancers with a Matterport camera (who normally work for estate agents) in the past to achieve this.
You could try the samsung 360 camera and embed as a web object
