Do any community members out there have templates or blank project documents (of course, stripped of any project or identifying information) that they would be willing to share here in this thread? This could be:
Project plans
Contract of work
Proposals
That kind of thing. In my experience it's always been extremely helpful to see what others include in their documents to get ideas and it helps me end up with a better final document.
My team uses SharePoint as a tracking tool for sold work and course completion. We color-code the status of the project (green = on track, red = stalled, etc.) and categorize who's doing what for the course (programmer, content developer, QA, etc.).

We've discussed a simple table format for project milestones in our latest community event in Zurich which I'm happy to attach here.
