Mohammed,

I think the point here is this...

This forum is very much one where people "give" - not where people just come in and advertise their services. If you are on this forum, looking or work, it would be useful to post something created in Articulate products, or perhaps more importantly point to your website or portfolio. These are things that give people more confidence than just a post saying (in effect), "please hire me...".

The example you posted in my opinion is very pixelated in terms of imagery, and quite poor.

You may wish to re-think your personal marketing strategy in terms of your portfolio and how you sell yourself.

I hope this helps.

Bruce

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay of my response.

First of all, I am not looking for work because I am already inline with one eLearning company in UAE. My services will be a contribution to those people who needs help in designing e-learning course.

Recently i have seen a discussion over here where a person is looking e-learning folks. Bruce, you are entitled as Super Hero, which doesn't mean that you shall put your super negative thoughts in any discussion. If you think, you don't like this discussion thread then don't reply.

MARKETING!!!! I wish if you ever learn the basics of Marketing. The first rule of marketing is that your services should be advertised to those companies and forums who are looking for it , not with the experts. I know, I should have uploaded that training material where I used articulate product. I apologize for that but it doesn't mean that you put dirt on my portfolio. Do you know anything about me and my profile?

Since you are a founder of some Perfect Performance Training Ltd doesn't mean you can say anything about my portfolio. I think you should say thanks to Aritculate who had given you this software so, you used it for your website even.

Articulate is one of my specialty, not like you who life is completely dependent on it..

Mohammad,

I think you need to chill a bit as Bruce was trying to be helpful by giving you constructive criticism. And he does have a point in that this is a forum for users of Articulate products.

I haven't even looked at your sample, and have to say that by virtue of the fact that the title of this conversation (Does Anyone looking for e-Learning Consultant?) is grammatically incorrect, I would really not be encouraged to entrust you with my e-learning needs. And your snotty response to Bruce is not really helping your cause either.

Good luck with your future projects.

Kind regards,

Kerstin

Just to say something with regards to Bruce.

He's taken the time to answer my questions which have helped me. He doesn't need to respond with helpful answers but he chooses to. So personally I would listen and accept any advice he has to offer.

This is a community built by helpful individuals who try and contribute and also show interesting ideas they've found or creations.

I wouldn't disregard anyone here. Everyone has something to offer.

It's purely constructive criticism Mohammed.

Bruce is a well established, esteemed member of the forums who has spent countless time helping others. He is more than entitled to speak on the situation and if you ask me (as a long time lurker) is one of the most qualified people on here to give advice.

I appreciate that you didn't like the advice, but your response to Bruce has highlighted the fact that you haven't shown yourself in a good light so far.

I'd also like to say that this forum can be a very tough place but all of the feedback is honest and given by people with extensive experience, it may be tough to take but it's invaluable unbiased advice.

Good luck with everything, but bashing people on the forums for offering advice isn't a great way to start.
