I am new to e-learning tools and am evaluating different providers. I am looking for an authoring tool that can includes analytics on how the learner interacted with the course/module. For example data that I can look at which shows how long the student took on each question, which answers they tried 1st, 2nd, 3rd, which ones they got wrong, in addition to giving the final score. Is this something that Articulate is capable of doing? And if so using which tool?

Your LMS capabilities is also a factor. For example, if your LMS supports Tin Can you're options for reporting activity would be much more than what would be possible with SCORM or AICC.
