I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where I could download templates for orientation. I came across one that Nicole Legualt has done but there was no option to download the template.

In addition to that, there are a huge variety of free templates available in the Storyline Downloads section. Also, here's a great article from Tom Kuhlmann that includes a free new hire orientation course template that you may also find useful.
