1. Create a folder named “Public” (if it is not already there) in your Dropbox account. Next, you will need to visit this page to enable the public folder on your account.
2. Upload your entire published Storyline output folder to Dropbox into the Public folder
3. Right click on the story.html file and copy the public link
4. Paste that link into your browser to view your course.
Putting everything in that public folder should make it all shared...then you want to copy the public link to the story.html which is the file that launches/runs your course and paste that into your browser (or send to others who you want to see your course).
Do you by any chance have a example email you send out to people with instructions on how to access the course via Dropbox? Is it just simply the case of sending the link to the users?
I know you asked Mike, but I'll say as a frequent dropbox user, it's just a matter of sending them the URL. Having all of the contents of the folder in dropbox enables the content within the course to work (they need to call to that public folder or some content may not appear) but your end user only needs the link to the published story.html file. If you literally follow Mike's steps you should be fine. You can post the link in an e-mail, on a sharepoint site or other similar location, etc. and it should work. The only thing you won't get is any kind of tracking of views, etc. I believe.

Hi Manisha! Here is how I would do it.
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll give that a go.
So, in order to share the learning module with others, I just share my public folder with the participants. Is that right?
Kind regards,
Manisha
