E-learning Course on Sales - Thinking differently or can say Out-of-the-Box.

Jul 21, 2015

For me, branching scenario and storytelling are the most challenging part to deal with.

I am planning to design a course on "Sales" by applying ADDIE's model. I am still on analysis phase, have read more than ten training materials, one book of @Jordan Belford -The wolf of wall street and have seen this move more than five times.

Now, the problem is that I am not interested to design a regular e-learning course where you come up with usual basics and fundamentals of sales. I want to help companies to increase their sales. The best selling pitches and things that you really look for before sitting with the clients.

Seems like, the idea is bit vague and not giving a clear image so, I break this idea into pieces. Like:

* My course will start with an Essay type question "Sell me a pen?". The answer will be given at the end of the training so, it will let the learner know the areas they need to work.

* Few slides will be on Sales, Body language, overcoming objections, First Impression, etc. (Still thinking)

* Each topic will have scenarios, and it's own story.

Hope you get the idea. I am still working on it.

What do you think?

You valuable feedbacks are always appreciable.
