We are looking for a talented E-learning Developer to join our expanding small company.

The role requires a technically-oriented, creative and motivated individual with an E-learning development background. You must have a good knowledge of Articulate Storyline and be experienced in using all features and interactions including quizzing, triggers, variables and timeline.

Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and interactive e-learning
- Prepare and edit audio and video
- Develop learning content based upon scripts
- Prepare SCORM content
- Quality assurance of work
- Support learners in our LMS
- Update client websites

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experienced user of Articulate Storyline
- Knowledge of other e-learning tools
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Flash
- Understanding of good instructional design principles
- Good graphical design skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Show initiative and be able to develop ideas
- Work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- High standard of spoken and written English
