Hi Lucie!

I was able to fix my emails by signing into my account through articulate.com (scroll allll the way to the bottom of the page and click "My Account"), then from your account, you should see a section that allows you to manage your emails. I've attached a screenshot showing that.

From that section you'll be able to update any settings regarding frequency and which emails you'd like to receive. Hope this helps!
