E-Learning Refund Policy

Hi E-learning Heroes!

We are rolling out our first course soon and was curious if you have a refund policy on any of the courses you offer (i.e. someone registers for the course, something happens and they are eligible for a refund). If you do offer a refund policy, what is most common for an online format? I know offering services strictly online comes with its own challenges so I was just curious if this is a common practice.
