I'm in the process of creating a course and wanted to share this cool lighting effect I did for one of the slides, and the best part is you don't need to use Adobe After Effects
Very cool. Are you fading in and out a "color" and "glowing" copy of the text. I used that effect recently when I had some important text my alpha tester were ignoring.
Good job. The B/W text, contrasted with the color and glowing text, really gives a nice illumination effect. And the quick and uneven fading pattern gives it a neon feel!
glad you liked it, it's basically two pictures one top of the other, the one with the text in B/W at the bottom and the one with text in colour on top and by fading in and out the colour one it gives you the effect, plus I added a sound effect on the timeline to make it more realistic.
