This is the first time i'm posting to the forum and hoping that someone can help me. I've been working with Articulate 360 for a while now and looking to support my team develop and wanted to build a e-learning competency framework for using Articulate 360 . I was wondering if anyone else had done something similar in the past? or can anyone point me in the right direction?
Hi Rochelle, I did something like this for my team a few years ago with Storyline 2 (plus other general training skills) but unfortunately I haven't got the spreadsheet I used anymore.
I just listed all of the different functions in Storyline (broken down into categories such as Themes, Master Slides, Triggers, Animations, etc) and then I got each of the team members to rate themselves on a scale of 1-10 (or it may have been 1-5). That then allowed me to find the weak and strong areas across the team and then build development plans from there.
its handy to find out where the strong areas are as then you can use those people to support other team members who may not be as strong in that area.
