Hello

Does anyone know of any eLearning developers based in somewhere like Romania or Poland.

I'm looking to trial some outsourcing to an overseas development company (not based in the UK).

You could try FasterCourse. They're in Latvia. They're also active in the community here.

None of my business I know but is there a specific reason you're looking to outsource overseas, particularly to the countries you mentioned?

Unashamedly asking as a UK-based developer who's interested in understanding eLearning consumer buying habits.

Cost. Potentially looking for lots of content to be developed. Bulk-standard SL stuff and wanted a good company for adhoc work. Not looking to pay freelance rates.
