eLearning PRO with great facilitation skills in Seattle

Sep 07, 2011

I’m looking for a Training Generalist to help me build the training department in my organization. I’ll be needing help with reformatting Orientation, tracking the Leadership Development program progress and performing some basic admin and reporting on our LMS. Additional duties will be a project load of eLearning courses for a couple of the business units and to surface project work from the business units. Facilitation amounts to about 2-3 times per month right now.

The person I'm looking for would have:

  • A creative spirit with some graphic design background
  • No fear in getting behind a camera or mic to put something together
  • Some kind of organizing strategy for your work
  • An energetic facilitation style and able to work with/without facilitator guides
  • The ability to work well with others and collaborate
  • A solid set instructional design skills paired with good problem solving abilities... that could translate into some creative/fun/engaging eLearning
